Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of The Judo Federation of Australia (South Australia) Inc. will be held on:

Saturday, 22 November 2025 at 2:00 PM

Flinders University City Campus

Room 505, Level 5, One Festival Tower, Station Road, Adelaide SA

and Online

Business to be Conducted

• Confirmation of minutes of the previous AGM
• Receive and consider the 2025 Annual Report (Board of Directors)
• Receive and consider the audited accounts for the financial year 2024–25
• Receive and consider the Auditor’s Report
• Appointment of Auditor
• Consider Notices of Motion from the Board and Members
• Bestow Life Membership and Special Awards
• Conduct elections for Board positions as follows:

Board Elections (Rule 20 & 21.3 of the Constitution)

• President — 1-year term
• Secretary — 2-year term
• Treasurer — 2-year term
• Four (4) Elected Directors:
• One (1) for a 2-year term
• Three (3) for a 1-year term

Notices of Motion (Rule 14 of the Constitution)

The Board and any Member may submit a Notice of Motion for inclusion at the AGM. Notices must:

• Be in writing
• Include the name of the proposer
• Be received by the Acting Secretary no later than Saturday, 8 November 2025
